  Safe Angling For Everyone

Welcome to Your Angling Pages

having fun and learning to fish We hope that you have enjoyed the “Angling and the Environment” course in which you have recently participated. The aim of these pages is to provide you with an opportunity to ask more questions and to offer you support, information and news.

We also hope that you will contribute to these pages with your pictures, photos, stories and ideas!

  • Before you go out on any fishing trip, tell everyone where you are going, with whom and for how long. Give contact details to a responsible adult so they can decide when you are overdue.
  • Remember to stay away from overhead power lines.
  • Do not be tempted to swim in any stretch of water.
  • Wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions (sunhats and sun creams, waterproofs).
Licences and Permits

  • If you are going fishing and you are over 12 years of age you must have a rod licence. You must also have permission from the owner to fish a venue.
